The Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen) has selected Richard Love, an executive with 22 years of leadership experience in biotechnology, to serve as its chief operating officer.
Love brings a broad range of bioscientific experience to TGen. Over the course of his career, he has led companies in the development of treatments for multiple sclerosis, leukemia, and cancer, and served as interim Executive Director of the San Antonio Technology Accelerator Initiative.
Love hopes to use his experience in bench-to-bedside development to see that TGen’s scientific advances reach the consumer quickly.
