Lee Chestnut, who attended Moon Valley High School and Arizona State University, will build the $60 million project on speculation. Chestnut is also negotiating for an additional 80,000 square feet of biotech space.

Groundbreaking is set for September and the building is scheduled for completion by January of 2008.
