The Flinn Scholars Program will host a series of informational meetings for Arizona high school students in early April. The sessions, in Tucson, Tempe, Flagstaff, and Phoenix, will discuss the 2009 scholarship.

Current Flinn Scholars will be on hand to answer questions and discuss their experiences in the program, and representatives of all three Arizona public universities' honors colleges and/or admissions offices will be available, making each evening a one-stop information shop.

These meetings are especially important for high-school students who will graduate in spring 2009 but are open to high-school sophomores and freshmen as well. The application itself will be available online in late August 2008.

Attendance is not required in order to apply for the scholarship, but is strongly encouraged.

No reservations are necessary.
